Description
Have an adventure with us at Pocahontas State Park! Adventure racers will have 8 hours to cover up to 35 miles via paddling on the 225-acre lake, enjoying mountain biking on smooth and windy trails, and exploring the epic forest--all with a seasonal egg hunt twist! Just 20 miles from Richmond, the state capitol, Pocahontas is Virginia's most popular state park for a great reason. Come explore it with us in a whole new way.
The morning of the race, racers, as a soloist or as a team, will be provided a map and specific rules of travel and will have up to 8 hours to complete seven distinct legs. Participants can choose the order of each leg but they will only have basic information for each one, including distance, method of travel (bike, trek, or paddle), and the number of available points. Choose the order and which leg you want to complete. After completing each leg, you'll head back to the main TA to get your next leg instructions.
Sound like your kinda fun? Well, let's do this!
